Silicone Wonder Baking Nonstick Mat

I have been making:

Chocolate covered Easter Eggs, Chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate covered marshmallows etc all week.

This mat is perfect for candy makers as you can put your food item smothered in chocolate on it and after it cools, it does not stick!

What I also love is the quick and easy clean up! I wash my mat under hot soapy water...towel dry and then I roll it up and put it back into my drawer.

Baked Mozzarella Bites

Mozzarella Cheese
Ritz Crackers (can also use Triscuit or whatever your favorite crackers are)

Cut Mozzarella Cheese to fit between 2 crackers and place on a baking sheet. I line mine with the Tupperware Silicone Mat so they don't stick. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and put crackers with cheese in them into the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

Mashed Potato Candy

1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. butter
10x sugar
dash of salt
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. evaporated milk
smooth peanut butter

Mix potatoes, butter and milk in a bowl. Add salt, vanilla and flour. Mix well. Add sugar until consistency of pie dough. Roll onto a well sugared board (I sugar my Tupperware Silicone Wonder Non-Stick Mat or my Pastry Sheet). Roll out flat like pizza crust. Spread with peanut butter (the smooth type). Roll up like a log. Transfer to a cutting board and slice into slices.
