The “Earn While You Learn” Program (Preferred Method)
Intimate Expression’s™ introduces our trendsetting and totally risk free, “Earn While You Learn” business program. This is our preferred method for first time or inexperienced advisors that do not want to commit to a program that is not for you, or maybe you can’t afford the money other programs require you to pay up front for a sales kit to become a distributor. What-ever your reason may be, Intimate Expression’s™ “Earn While You Learn” program is your answer. Not only can you become an IRA for virtually free, you can earn money AND/OR receive free product in the process. Here’s how:
· Have a personal sponsor. If you don’t have one, contact us, we will get one for you.
· Book a minimum of 4 parties. All new advisor sign-ups require a 4-party booking minimum.
· You arrange for your personal sponsor to be your teacher. She will act as your co-advisor for your booked parties. Your personal sponsor will take you by the hand during this learning period.
· You will make 20% commission (to be defined below) on the total retail sales of your combined 4 party totals.
· After your 4 parties are completed and you feel that you would like to become an Independent Romance Advisor, Intimate Expression’s™ will supply you with a sales kit based on the combined total retail sales of your 4 parties. After receiving your sales kit, you will be earning 35% of your own retail sales – once you become a Qualified Advisor ($1000 in retail sales within 60 days), you will received a commission check for your initial 4 parties – 20% commission.
· Should you decide that you do not want to become an IRA, that’s fine too. You are under no obligation to continue and may withdraw your new IRA application. At this point, you will have earned FREE product of your choice equaling 20% of the combined sales for your 4 parties.
Like we said, there is absolutely no risk on your part. You book the parties, we teach you how to sell our products, you make money while you’re doing it, and you decide if you want to join our team and become an IRA. (see “Earn While You Learn” requirements and “Sales Kits”)
“Earn While You Learn” Program Requirements
· All new “Earn While You Learn” recruits must fill out and submit our “IRA Agreement” along with the $25.00 application fee.
· New “Earn While You Learn” recruits are not eligible for the Intimate Expressions™ Hostess Program.
· Upon successful completion of your 4 party booking requirement, all new “Earn While You Learn” recruits who choose not to continue in the program, will able to choose their FREE product equal to 20% of the retail sales of their 4 combined parties.
· Upon successful completion of your 4 party booking requirement, all new “Earn While You Learn” recruits who choose to continue and obtain a sales kit must qualify to the “Active Advisor” level by realizing $1000.00 in retail sales within their first 60 days. Payout of your 20% commission will be made at this time.
· All new recruits start out at a 35% personal buying discount until they qualify as an “Active Advisor”. They will then bump up to 40%.
· The sponsoring IRA retains all rights to all present and future sales of any and all party bookings, customer sales, and new recruits which originate from the new recruits 4 party total should you decide not to become an IRA. The party amounts will count towards the sponsoring IRA monthly personal volume requirements only.
· The sponsoring IRA retains all rights to any additional recruits which originate from the 4 parties. Any and all sales, present and future, that originate from the original 4 parties will belong to the new IRA.
