Mineral Girlz is a new company, started in January 2007, that offers mineral makeup without the chemicals and compounds that are known to cause skin irritation and acne. Mineral Girlz also makes bath and body products, perfume and facial cleansers. (They even have customizable bath and body products where you can mix your own colors and scents!) Mineral Girlz is formulated to help clear your skin as you wear it. It also contains sunscreen which protects from damaging UV rays.

Mineral Girlz was founded by Evie McLarty, founder of Stuff A Friend (which sounds kind of like you are trying to make your friend stop talking) and mom of four daughters.

You might be saying that you don't have skin problems, that you aren't a teenager, or that you already like the makeup you are wearing. Well, I did some research and the average mineral foundation can cost you from $11.99 to over $20.00 from retail stores. Mineral Girlz Powder Foundation only costs $8.00. Also, I encourage you to find your foundation and look at the list of ingredients. Chances are, there are well over 10-15 ingredients. Not all of them are natural and some even include the pore-clogging Bismuth Oxychloride. But Mineral Girlz Powder Foundation has only seven all natural ingredients . And, it's okay if you aren't a teen, Mineral Girlz is great for everyone as all of us can benefit from these all natural products.

There are a few different ways you can join Mineral Girlz. Each way will not cost you a penny, unless you choose to purchase a kit... (I signed up for free and slowly added to my inventory of samples and personal collection).

Basic Consultant: As a basic consultant you will earn 25% when someone makes a purchase from your site or places an order through you. You also receive 10% of down line sales, plus a free website, and online support. There are also monthly specials for consultants and customers.

"Mineral Girlz": If you join as a "Mineral Girlz" consultant you make 20% of sales in free product. There is no minimum age requirement with the Mineral Girlz program. You will also earn 10% in down line sales. You are paid with Mineral Girlz products. You also receive a free website, and online support.

Fundraisers:  Anybody can do a fundraiser. The person or organization doing the fundraiser will receive 25% profit of items sold, a free website, and online support.
 
You're probably wondering, "how much does all of this cost me?" It cost you nothing! You pay nothing to join our company. Most other direct sales companies charge you a fee of anywhere from $50-$350 for a "starter kit" to join, as well as a monthly sales quota. With Mineral Girlz, you have more choices. If you want to jump start your business you can purchase a kit and start marketing right away. But if you need more time you can join and just focus on catalog sales. It is easier to host parties when you purchase supplies but parties are not necessary to sell Mineral Girlz products. That's right, Mineral Girlz does not require you to host in-home parties! Neither are you required to deliver any products. No running around trying to find everyone who ordered from you! The customer's product is shipped directly to their home.

You can host a party too!!
